To ensure La Vedette's clients are continuously satisfied, their
management team has produced a detailed 'Event Planner. The Banquet
Manager meets and assist you with the Planner. Once the function
is fully organized, a Banquet Captain will be assigned to each
bride and groom for the duration of the event. The Banquet Captain's
role is to supervise this particular event to ensure that the
function proceeds as organized. The Banquet Manager is responsible
to supervise the entire operation. Check lists are provided to
our Banquet Captains to ensure that no details are overlooked.
Wait staff are trained personally by the Banquet Captains and
Banquet Manager, whom are often rewarded for their personal service
