Sharing two days of fuchsia-infused joy with this divine couple has really made me ponder the ‘traditional’ wedding – why celebrate over just one day, when you can have two! The first day of their vibrant celebration was held at the magnificent Paletta Lakefront Mansion, where the bride and groom donned their traditional Hindu garb, and wed in a spectacularly decorated marquee, overlooking the beautiful Lake. The bride looked absolutely breathtaking in her dazzling sari, complimented by her intricate henna, and the groom arrived in true regal style on a horse that was outfitted to match the occasion.
Celebrations continued on the second day at both the One King West Hotel and the Mississauga Convention Centre. We were able to steal the couple away for a few snaps in and around the Flat Iron Building. While we proceeded there, many onlookers beeped and waved – both out of appreciation, and because they knew the couple! This moment, for me, encapsulated the mood of the whole wedding – an awe-inspiring, lively event that centred around two incredibly lovable, intriguing individuals.
Putting together our highlights for the blog proved difficult, because there were just so many images of amazing moments, gorgeous details and beautiful people. It wasn’t a surprise when looking back at the engagement shoot.
