Regardless of the season, many couples select a more demure colour palette for their wedding – and for good reason, pastel tones almost always look exquisite. However, for the more daring couple, choosing a bolder and brighter colour palette can enhance the level of fun and excitement experienced on the day. One couple that certainly succeeded in this endeavour were these two fabulous individuals.
The couple’s nuptials took place on a sunny, bright and warm day in June – the perfect backdrop for more than a splash of colour, you might say. The bride wore an amazing trumpet-style Mark Zumino dress, adorned with hundreds of beautiful flowers, sparkling gold Saint Laurent ‘Tribute’ stilettos, and ornate jewelled earrings that showcased the range of beautiful colours in the couple’s wedding colour palette. And beautiful, vivid and vivacious colours they were indeed – from the striking coral colour of the bridesmaid’s BCBG dresses, to the gorgeous lemon colour of the flowergirl’s dress. There was an incredible range of fuchsias, reds and deep lavenders that decorated everything from the tables to the wedding cake, the colours literally lit up the day, and made for a vibrant, joyous and truly unforgettable occasion.
From the couple’s wonderful personalities to their exquisite tastes, there’s no better way to ring in a beautiful wedding
than to begin the day at the inspiring McMichael Art Gallery in Kleinburg.
And what a day it was. We had the pleasure of being in a true fairytale setting with a
gorgeous couple and their amazing wedding party…all 22 of them! and, of course, Rufus too :).
The stunning ceremony and fabulous reception were held at The Venetian.
Y+J, thanks for having us. We had a blast!
