Happy Anniversary to our friends Asal and AmirAli.
They were married August 23rd, 2008. It was an incredible day at Copper Creek and to celebrate here’s a re-posting of their highlights.
Fuchsia, emerald, purple. The colours and emotions of the affair were bold, rich and ceremonious. Certainly, every wedding we photograph has its own character and personality but Asal + AmirAli’s was a mix of modern and traditional. It was high glamour with a Persian twist.
As usual, we were privileged to tag along with the bride and groom as they dressed and prepared for their rituals. In case the pictures don’t convey it enough, Asal + AmirAli were two of the most beautiful and effervescent couples we’ve come across. They are class incarnate!
In her dressing room, the bride, slipped into a strapless Vera Wang gown and ribbon-inspired Jimmy Choo heels. While there were no bridesmaids or groomsmen, four friends accompanied Asal throughout the day to lend their helping hands.
The couple chose to marry in the grand ballroom at Copper Creek, situated on an expansive golf course just 30 minutes outside Toronto. It was the perfect venue—especially for the tons of traditional dancing after the ceremony. The day was drenched in emotion and filled with extraordinary moments, captured with our cameras and distilled for the couple to remember for the many happy years to come.
Thanks so much to Asal + AmirAli! We had an amazing day capturing your beautiful union, together finally, as husband and wife!
