Mirabelle + Shaunik are two striking individuals, both inside and out and so it was only fitting that their wedding day was just as striking. It was an extraordinary vision to witness in person, but to see it again through the images we captured that day, brings us right back to that moment. And we couldn’t be more excited to share the day with you all.

Mirabelle is by far one of the most adorable and completely photogenic brides we’ve ever worked with. She smiles and the entire room seems to shine. It was very simple to understand why Shaunik so easily fell in love with this beauty. She wore a satin white Jade Daniels gown with crystals encrusted under the chest line. She pinned her gorgeous brunette curls off to the side, and paired the outfit with a pair of silver and diamond studded heels. She was truly magnificent. Shaunik was dressed to the nines in his black and white tuxedo suit, silver tie, a Gucci belt and some glorious cufflinks. And this was just for one ceremony!

When it was time for the traditional Hindu ceremony, Shaunik arrived on a fully decorated horse, riding through Toronto’s downtown Distillery District. He was immaculately dressed in a white Kafni with gold and red trimmings. As is customary, Mirabelle wore an all red sari with gold and white trimmings. Her hands and feet were decorated with an intricate henna design. There was so much color and vibrance and bold bursts of light in this ceremony. It was truly an honor to be included in the entire day.

After the ceremonies were complete, family and friends joined Mirabelle + Shaunik at The Fermenting Cellar for a fabulous night of dinner and dancing. And when we say dancing – we mean dancing. We’ll let the images describe the rest of this story!
