Boston Avenue is a wedding photography studio that caters to high-end clientele. As such, we have an obligation not only to provide a first-rate finished product to our customers, but also to provide professional, competent service through the whole process, from the time couples book to when they are finished with their post-production orders.

We are looking for someone who will help us to maintain this high level of quality and service to our clients. This contract position will be 6 months to 1 year in length, with the potential to extend beyond this time frame.

The ideal candidate will be an efficient, energetic, friendly and professional person with an excellent work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours when required. Additional qualifications include the following:

o Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
o Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
o Able to take direction and work independently
o Strong organizational skills
o Exceptional oral, written and verbal communication skills
o Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role
o Creative mind with an interest in weddings
o Self-motivated, and a proactive work style
o Highly customer-focused with a "can-do" attitude
o An interest in some computer graphic work

The role of the successful candidate will include, but is not limited to the following:

o Management of the sales process (emails, phone calls, meetings and follow up)
o Customer service and account management
o Organization of the information flow and details for each wedding.
o Preparing the photographers for their shoots
o Administrative functions (phone calls, email correspondence, travel arrangements and other miscellaneous office duties)
o Various ad-hoc sales and marketing projects
o Graphics projects
